Services

We provide AI automation, local-SEO auditing, and chat-bot tools delivered online as a subscription service.

Subscriptions & Payment

Plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
All fees are billed in USD (or shown local currency) through Stripe.
Customer is responsible for any taxes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including spam or harassment.

Intellectual Property

We own all rights to our software, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, revenue, or customer acquisition. Services are provided “as is.”

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to Digiverse360 in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time per the Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing billing@digiverse360.com.
Service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds for partial months or unused time.
One-time setup fees for enterprise or custom deployments are non-refundable once work begins.
